Russell  Pepe, RCDD is currently the Vice President and Sales Engineer with Advanced Technical Marketing (ATM), a Manufacturer’s Representative Company providing Electronic Test Equipment, Components and Engineering Services throughout the northeastern USA. 

Russell is also an Adjunct/Lecturer at Rutgers University and NJIT.  He previously served as the Vice President of Engineering for an EMC Filter Company, and as a Fiber Optic System Designer for a CATV Company. 

Russell received his Undergraduate and Graduate degrees from NJIT in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Fiber Optic Communication Systems.
